Sizing is the thing most people guess at, so ask. Tell us your usual size and how you like things to sit (roomy, or a little closer) and we will tell you straight which one to order.
If something is not right, whether it is the wrong size, a print that is not crisp, or a box that took a beating on the way, tell us and we make it right. That is what our Happiness Guarantee means in practice: write first, we walk you through the next step, and the rest is on us.
Every piece is printed to order, so a change of mind on the size or the color is easiest in the first day or two. Write the moment you think of it and we will do our best to catch it before it hits the press. Production takes 1 to 4 business days, then it ships from the US with a tracking number you can follow door to door.
